But those who suffer he delivers in their suffering; he speaks to them in their affliction.

Heavenly Father,

You are our deliverer in times of suffering, our comforter in affliction. Today, we lift up Shelby County, Tennessee to Your loving care.

Lord, we pray for those among us who are enduring hardships. In their suffering, be their solace and strength. Speak into their lives with Your words of comfort and guidance, reminding them they are never alone in their trials.

We ask for Your hand of deliverance over our community. Where there is pain, bring healing; where there is despair, restore hope. In times of economic hardship, provide relief and open doors for new opportunities.

Strengthen our faith in these challenging times. Help us to trust in Your purpose and plan, even when the path is difficult to see. May our trials refine us, drawing us closer to You.

Inspire in us a spirit of compassion and support. Let us mirror Your love by standing with those who suffer, offering help, encouragement, and understanding.

We thank You for Your unending faithfulness and mercy. Bless Shelby County with Your peace and presence.
