“For I know the plans and thoughts that I have for you,” says the Lord, “plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with hearts full of gratitude, knowing that You have laid out plans for our peace, well-being, and a hopeful future. We are thankful for Your deep and thoughtful care for us, and today, we seek Your continued blessings for the community of Shelby County, Tennessee.

Guide us, Lord, as we strive to align our community’s actions with Your divine plans. Help us to cultivate an environment of peace and promote the well-being of all our residents. Let Your wisdom lead our leaders, that their decisions may reflect Your love and foster prosperity across our county.

Strengthen us in our faith and in our communal bonds. As we work together, instill in us a spirit of unity and cooperation that mirrors Your love. May we support one another in our efforts to create a thriving community, rich in opportunity and filled with hope.

We ask for Your protection over Shelby County, shielding us from harm and steering us away from disaster. Encourage each of us to contribute positively to our community, using the gifts You have given us to serve one another in love and respect.

We trust in Your promise to provide a future where we not only survive but thrive. May our paths reflect Your plans, and may our hearts remain steadfast in the hope You have set before us.
