So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.

Heavenly Father,

We come to You as Your community in Shelby County, grateful for Your presence that guides and sustains us. As we have received Christ Jesus as Lord, help us to continue living our lives deeply rooted in Him, built up and strengthened in faith, just as You have taught us.
